| A Primitive Bad Guy? |
|
Could a primitive parasitic, pathogenic microorganism capable of
growing in living tissue cell structures without killing the
cells be responsible for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia,
Rheumatoid Arthritis, and some other chronic conditions?
Mycoplasma, which refers to any parasitic, pathogenic
microorganism of the genus Mycoplasma, could be the culprit.
Mycoplasma lack a true cell wall, are gram-negative, and need
sterols such as cholesterol for growth.
