I still know many of the answers.
Just don’t expect me to give them to you immediately.
Some people call it CRS (Can’t Remember Stuff). I refer to it as DRS (Delayed Recall Syndrome). Thanks to DRS, I’ve had to give up on many of my dreams; however, I have decided that even with my new cognitive skills levels thanks to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome / Fibromyalgia, there is one way that I could realize my life-long dream of appearing on Jeopardy! It’d only take a slight change in the procedure. Imagine, if you will, Alex announcing something like: “We’ll return for Pam’s answers after this commercial.”
Diastolic Cardiomyopathy is a disorder affecting the diastolic (when the heart muscle is relaxing between contractions) function of the heart.
Anyone who copes with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS, CFIDS), Fibromyalgia (FM, FMS), or any other fatiguing disabling chronic condition or disease will be able to relate to this comic strip:

Many who must cope with the allergies and food sensitivities that often accompany Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS, CFIDS), Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS aka Environmental Illness), and/or Fibromyalgia (FM, FMS) have to go through some trial and error to discern what eating plan will work best for them. Many follow the eating plan with a specific food choice agenda like the Specific Carbohydrate Diet™ — which is proven helpful for those who have the Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) problems that often accompanies Fibromyalgia (or ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s Disease, and other digestive diseases as well), while others take a more relaxed approach to meeting their nutritional requirements, One thing that most experts agree all sensible eating plans have in common is that organic and all natural foods free of chemical additives and preservatives are the healthiest food choices.
