| Things to Help You Keep Better Sleep
With the stresses of everyday life, getting your sleep
can be difficult in the best of times. When you must
also try to get a good night's sleep while you're coping
with a chronic illness, it can seem downright
impossible.
There often aren't any easy answers to how you can get
better sleep, but there are some things that can help
improve your chances that you will get better sleep.

of getting better sleep are common sense, like:
- Avoid caffeine close to bedtime
- Do not eat or drink liquids too close to bedtime
- Eat your "heaviest" meal earlier in the day
